New Patients

Your first visit to Advanced Dermatology involves a few special steps so that we can get to know you. To understand what to expect, please read through this page. You’ll find all the practical information you need, such as a map and directions to our office at the bottom of the page, practice hours, payment policies and more.
There’s also background information about our committed staff and our first visit procedures. You can also save some time by printing out and completing the patient forms in advance of your appointment.
Please make sure to bring your photo ID, insurance cards, and any medication lists to your appointment. We look forward to meeting you.

All copays and deductibles will be collected at the time of your appointment, as well as any cosmetic procedures elected for your visit. We accept Visa and MasterCard, personal checks, and cash.
Please be advised there will be a $50 fee assessed to your patient account in the event of a no-show appointment, or for failure to cancel or reschedule an appointment 24 hours in advance.
